It is a legal requirement for UK companies to have a registered office. It must be a physical address. We offer a central London address as standard to all our mail clients.
Statutory Mail Forwarding
We will scan and send you all mail from Companies House, HMRC and Court documents to you, free of charge.
Digital Mailroom
Our digital mailroom is a secure portal where we will upload your scanned mail. The benefits of this services:
  • All your historical mail in one place.
  • More secure than email.
  • Multiple authorised users.
Some clients choose to grant access to their law firms for increased convenience.

Service Address
All directors and PSCs are required to provide a service address which will appear on the public record. Our central London address can be used to keep their home address off the public record. We will scan and send all statutory mail, free of charge.

Clients may require an address for more than statutory mail e.g. supplier contracts. We can offer a central London address with comprehensive mail forwarding service where we will scan and send all mail (per unit fee applies). We can also forward the original or securely recycle it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Once you are logged in you can search for your preferred company name and select any additional incorporation services, for example a registered office. After entering in details of the formation the incorporation will be sent to our team for review. This happens by default; however, you can choose to send the information direct to Companies House if you prefer. Once the formation is complete we will send an invoice to the relevant team in your firm.

No. If we are just forming the company then no KYC is required, we will treat the firm as our client. If we are providing other services we will need KYC; however, this can be provided at a later date and we will continue to treat the firm as our client until the end client can be onboarded.

The platform is regularly used to incorporate private limited companies (ltd) and limited liability partnership (LLP). It can also incorporate Public limited company (plc) and Companies limited by guarantee but in those situations, we find we can best advise clients if they come to us direct.

You will not be able to submit the incorporation for the entity until the parent is formed. This can delay matters and if timing is particularly key there may be ways around this, please get in touch.

Registration and use of the portal is free for our members. Our prices are clearly displayed in the portal. You do not have to pay until the order is submitted.
